Tonight I prepared all the ingredients for a home made fried rice. When David got home 🏡 he cooked it all up in our wok and this is what was left after three serves had been eaten. Leftovers for lunches. I cooked 2 cups of basmati rice with 4 cups of water in a rice cooker. In my fried rice there is garlic, fresh grated ginger, chili powder, soy sauce, egg omelette chopped up, carrot, mushrooms, spring onions, kabanna, streaky bacon and the basmati rice. All cooked in a little rice bran oil.
